Ingredients:
1 eggplant ( sliced and grilled till soft)
1 1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Dhaniya & Jeera powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1-2 Green Chillies (as per taste)
Coriander leaves
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend, keep it a bit coarse.
Eat as it is or give tadka with 1-2 TBS olive oil n jeera.
